Batch-Type Vacuum Pans
Batch-type vacuum pans equipped with mechanical circulators are
designed for evaporative vacuum crystallization of massecuite of the
first, second and third products in sugar production.
It is consists of the body 2 with the
separator 5, the steam chamber
1, the mechanical mixer
4 with the driver
3. The distinguishing feature of these
pans is the principle of modular design enabling transportation of
the pans to their destination without any size limitations. Besides,
this principle gives certain advantages when assembling pans in
operating factories. The boiling process is completely
automatic.
